FOR FOUNDERS

A different kind of long-term home.

You built the company. We help you build what comes next — without erasing the identity, culture or customer relationships that made the business successful.

A founder's perspective

From one operator to another.

I built my own vertical software business from the ground up. Like most founder-operators, I wore many hats — product, technology, customers, sales, delivery and strategy.

Over time, one thing became clear to me: there are many strong specialist software companies that have built real value, but do not have the resources to independently build every capability needed for the next stage.

That might mean stronger go-to-market execution, deeper management support, AI systems, international reach or simply more operating leverage.

SuperNova was created around a simple idea: what if founders did not have to choose between staying small and giving up everything they built?

Our aim is to create a long-term home where great specialist software companies remain entrepreneurial, while gaining more capability and support around them.

Founders keep the vertical edge. SuperNova builds the layer that helps them scale.

Your company stays recognisable

We want customers and employees to continue recognising the business they trust — not wake up inside a generic corporate structure.

You gain a larger platform around you

AI capability, operating expertise, commercial intelligence and long-term ownership can remove constraints that are difficult to solve independently.

The conversation comes first

Every founder's situation is different. We start by understanding the company, the founder and what a good next chapter should actually look like.

What founders can expect

Clarity, respect and long-term alignment.

The company should be stronger because it joined SuperNova — not simply larger because ownership changed.
